IM BACK!!! Romy's Garlic Sate Shrimp

It has been a few month since I have posted and just to start it off, I had an awesome dish from the Islands back on the 4th of July weekend. Hawaii offers some of the best diverse food you can find in the US. We hit up Northshore to grub on some backyard shrimp. Good Eats! Cant wait to go back.

Pho Chau - Banh Mi Thit Nuong

Pho Chau Banh Mi is pretty good. Bread is toasted just right and the meat is cooked perfectly.

Swine Blu

Tried out Good 2 Go Tacos with a co-worker of mine and it was really good! Paris, TX was the best even tho they forgot to put my eggs on it. Swine Blu was different but it wasnt bad. Definitely be going back for round 2.

Healthy Eats

Eating healthy - Big Sal's

big sal's over at UTSW has some good salads. trying to start eating healthier again but we'll see how far that goes. got the chicken caesar salad and a mojito mint tea.

grandmama is in town and she made her fabulous pork hamonado. this stuff is sooo good, i miss grandma and she is leaving soon :*(. better get the recipe before she leaves.

monday morning and a stack of pancakes. the best way to start off. lets just hope the rest of the day is as good as my pancakes...happy monday!

Honey Shack - Dallas

so i have been majorly slacking on my food blog. i didnt know there were people out there that watched my blog :) thanks guys! on to the food, friday tried a different place off of lemmon called Honey Shack. Spin off of Bone Daddy's with a different style of food. i tried the open face ribeye sandwhich... one word horrible, over cooked and pretty bland. i might give this place a second chance but it will take a bit to get over this dish.

Trending - Gohgee To Go Korean Tacos

The hot spots popping up in the DFW and if you havent tried korean tacos, GET SOME!
Korean taco stands have been popping up slowly in the metroplex and are probably gonna
grow like yogurt shops. Gohgee To Go is off of 35 and inwood. This place gets packed at
lunch time and im sure after clubbing hours.

Blue Fish - Greenville

Yellowtail Heaven. There isn't much I have to say about Bluefish in
DFW, I think everyone knows that they are delicious.

The Loon

Had lunch with my brother and a co-worker. The Loon wasn't bad. Tried the philly steak and was pretty full by the 2nd half.

Salum Resturant

My co-worker treated me to Salum Restaurant for lunch. I was hesitant at first since I normally like to look at reviews before visiting a new place. Needless to say there was no need for that. I had the Grilled Mahi Mahi and it was superb. Sitting on a bed of Apricot and Pine Nut Couscous. I am not a fan of couscous, but at the end of the meal my plate seemed like it just came out of the dishwasher. I highly recommend try out this place. Dinner post will definitely follow :)

Fuel Town not Fuel City....this place is off of 35 and inwood. good cheap breakfast tacos. im good till lunch time.

Carl's Jr. - Breakfast Burger

carl's jr.'s have been popping up everywhere in the DFW area. decided to try out their breakfast burger and damn it was good. i was expecting a sausage patty and it turned out to be an actual beef patty with eggs, bacon, cheese and hash browns. it was a lot to take it but it was well worth it. two thumbs up!

Chef Boyardee - Ravioli

quick bite for work after getting back from vacay...had to catch up on a weeks work.
