So its been quite some time since i have blogged about my eats.  Almost a year to be exact and a lot has gone on in the last year.  I have decided to try and come back to my blogger days and start again.  Hope you're still around.  Enjoy!

Children's Red Balloon Race is upon us and to help kick off the fundraising they have invited a few food trucks to cater to the hospital.

The Butcher's Son - Gourmet Sandwich and Slider Food Truck

I took advantage of the Chef's 3-way to try a variety of sliders.

From left to right - The Longhorn, Dead Elvis and Southern Hospitality.

Out of all three I liked the Southern Hospitality the most.  Buttermilk fried chicken tenderloin, garlic potato spread and white gravy on brioche.  The meat was tender and everything came together.  Definitely would try this place again if i had a chance.  Check them out at www.thebutchersson.com
